At Lauren Beauty Co, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wigs that have been worn, altered, brushed, cut, washed, or removed from their original packaging.


If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.
